DELIVERY
Once payment has been successfully processed your order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days.
As all of our products are handmade and need proper curing time, it takes a little to allow them to be packed and dispatched. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. Any delays in your order will be notified as soon as possible.
Delivery should normally take 2-3 working days depending on the time your order was placed, however please note that due to COVID19, deliveries may take longer as we are currently only able to post merchandise once a week.
If you select standard delivery, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail’s tracked 48 hours service.

Standard Delivery Europe (below 75€, 1-3 working days): £10.00 – £15.00*

No signature will be required if your selection is for standard delivery (Royal Mail)
If you select next day delivery, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail’s tracked 24 hours service.
The charge for postage and packaging for next day delivery is £5.00 and no signature will be required.
Orders completed after the cut-off time of 12:30pm will be dispatched the following working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
Deliveries are shipped via DHL at request and a signature will be required when the package is received.
Shipping to the following areas may take a little longer: Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.
We try to process and deliver all UK and European deliveries next day however this may take longer depending on peak seasons.
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery during the Christmas period

RETURNS
You may return any product in its original condition, for a full refund or exchange within 14 working days of delivery.
Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and its packaging has not been opened or damaged.
Please check your order and report any damage or discrepancies within 3 days of receipt.
Return postage is at the Customer’s own expense.
Please enclose the following details with your returned products:
- Your Name, email address, your telephone number and your delivery address
- Order number and the reason for return/exchange
To return your goods, simply send the items to our RETURN ADDRESS indicated in your original package, If you have any doubt or need some additional support, do not hesitate to contact us through our website e-mail
Once the return is received, we will check each of the returned products and we will arrange / process a credit and / or refund.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
If the reason for the return is because of a mistake we’ve made – (the product is incorrect, broken or otherwise defective), we will refund you the cost of the return postage if you supply us with a delivery receipt.
We are only able to refund the cost of the order to your original method of payment, exclusive of postage costs incurred. Refunds can take 3-5 working days from the point of processing to clear into your account. Orders paid for via PayPal will be refunded via PayPal. If the package is lost or stolen on it’s way back to us, you are responsible for claiming compensation from the courier responsible. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited and / or refunded.
